Spawn at Beach
You'll spawn on the beach with nothing but a rock and a torch.
Gather Basic Resources
Start gathering wood, stone, and cloth. Farming is important on this server, so it makes sense to hold onto your hemp seeds. Use your compass to navigate since there's no map. Remember your grid location!
Build a Shelter
Build a small base to protect yourself. You can pick up any item with a hammer (middle mouse button), so don't be afraid to experiment. There's nothing that will damage what belongs to you. You don't need to be worried about the players.
Progress Through Tiers
Start with Tier 1 monuments. They're guarded by NPCs, so be careful! Defeat guards to get blood (for syringes) and basic loot. Bosses are tough, so prepare well before engaging.
Level Up Your Skills
Fish, mine, use the metal detector, and skin animals to level up your skills. Higher skills mean better loot and bonuses!
Hunt Wild Plants
Only one of each wild plant spawns at a time. Find them and exchange at Outpost for valuable resources. They respawn every 3 hours.
